348°(November 2024)
Photo Book
The 348° project takes its name from the temperature at which plastic begins to melt and lose its original form. This melting point allows us to experiment with a heat gun to create abstract forms that transcend their initial condition. Plastic bottles, designed as mass-produced objects, transform into unique, unrepeatable pieces, with concepts like anarchy of form, metamorphosis, and disorder defining this mutation. Here, the material detaches from its functional use to become an artistic expression of its own, breaking free from the constraints of industrial objects and opening up space for creativity and formal freedom.
